By signing this application you release They Deserve Better Dog Rescue from any legal action. If 
references cannot be successfully checked, T.D.B.D.R. may request to perform a home visit to ensure 
the safety and well being of the dog that you wish to adopt. They Deserve Better Dog Rescue reserves 
the right to deny an adoption for any reason based upon the best interest of the dog and the rescue’s mission.
